Introduction

 

We are born in an organization (a family). Live in organizations (society) and work in organizations, (Business, Government, Army, School, College etc.). Each one of these organizations is a group of persons working together to achieve some common objectives. The organizations can be successful only when the efforts of various individuals in the groups are integrated into team work. The central agency which performs this task is known as management. It plays the same role in an organization which brain does in human body.
